The Children's Movement
The Children’s Movement (TCM) is a sister network that works closely with Fresno C2C. TCM provides a way for C2C partners to incorporate community engagement into their work and move across the community engagement spectrum.

Implementing the Community Engagement Spectrum
Fresno C2C and other community networks have aligned around the community engagement spectrum as a guiding framework for our engagement work. The spectrum highlights different stages of community engagement moving from models based on consulting toward collaboration and shifting of ownership in decision making and the allocation of resources.
