Our Values

  • The potential of our children is our most valuable resource.

  • Poverty cannot be a barrier to success.

  • Race, ethnicity, or ZIP code cannot define opportunity.

  • Comprehensive cross-sector support is needed for children to reach their full potential.

Fresno County Community Agenda

Our Shared Vision

The Community Agenda illustrates the shared vision of the Fresno Cradle to Career Partnership. This life-course framework highlights the research-based on-track outcomes that lead to success in school, career and life. The off-track section illuminates the challenges that too often derail that journey. On-track outcome data (the C2C Core Indicators) are reported annually.
